With the wide application of electronic communication technology, computer remote control technology and modern monitoring technology in the oil storage and transportation industry of our country, the automation efficiency of oil pipeline transportation is greatly improved. At the same time, the relationship between enterprise development and the quality of skill based employee is becoming more and more obvious. Skills training as an important part of human resources, in order to improve the speed of enterprise development, to achieve efficient management to provide a powerful driving force.SP company as a highly professional oil storage and transportation company, in recent years pay more and more attention to the staff training, and focus on strengthening the skills training, but the traditional training management system has been unable to meet the needs of the existing skills training, training effect is the most prominent problem of SP company staff trainingIn this paper, the status of SP skills training as a research point, combined with training needs, training evaluation, training motivation and other related theories, and the domestic and foreign academic research on the impact of skills training effect of the relevant literature, through the theory and practice, questionnaire survey analysis and other methods, found that SP company skills training in the following problems:basic training content and actual demand is far, training methods can not meet the needs of job development, evaluation and assessment of the lack of systematic, incentive mechanism. The reasons for these problems are:the SP company has a lack of scientific training effect evaluation system, the lack of scientific training effect evaluation system, the lack of scientific training effect evaluation system, the lack of scientific training effect evaluation system, and the lack of incentive mechanism. In view of the above problems, this paper from the clear and different levels of skills training needs, innovative combination of training methods, optimize the training evaluation process, training performance incentive plan, etc., to develop a SP company to improve the effectiveness of the training of skills training.This paper points out the problems and reasons in the training of the skills of the SP company, which can reflect some common problems faced by the training of the technical staff in the oil storage and transportation industry.
