Employment is the basis of people's survival, it also is the long-term concern of contemporary economics. The emergence of the problem of employment lead to a series of adverse consequences: the reduction of unemployment lead to the reduction of production and national income, resulting in the waste of human capital, increasing the wealth gap and affecting the social stability and so on.The Economic system beginning to transfer from Planned economy to market economy after the 11 th Plenary session.way of employment,employment concepts ,as well as national employment policies changed a lot., the traditional "iron rice bowl" being gradually broken, and in with the labor market has not yet adapted to the establishment of a large number of laid-off workers of state-owned enterprises. Appeared in the development and employment issues intensified the trend in March 2007 the government introduced the "The People's Republic of China Employment Promotion Law (Draft)" also demonstrates the problem of employment has become the country's main government targets.In view of this, this article is divided into four parts on the "economic system in transition, the employment problem in our country," the subject started the study. The first part is introduction. This article mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research synthesis and research methodologies. Part II deals with the economic structural transformation and employment theory. First, define employment and unemployment, the concept of restructuring the economic system, and then analyze the economic structural transformation and the relationship between changes in employment patterns. Third and final part of our economic system in transition, employment status were analyzed. First reviewed the economic system in transition, China's unemployment problem, to sum up the achievements of our country's employment, and analysis of the current outstanding problems in our country's employment and why. Part IV is divided into the focus of this article, in the former paper based on the study, combined with experience and practice of foreign countries and put forward to solve our economic system in transition, the employment problem approach: to solve the employment problem must adhere to the principle: to promote productivity, optimize and upgrade the elements of the system: the active construction "production, learning," a combination of employment innovation system: the solution of rural surplus labor force in a prominent position: to expand vocational training and improve the quality of labor. I hope my research can provide a reference value for the solving of the employment in china.
