With the acceleration of economic globalization, market competition has transformed from the competition among enterprises into the competition in supply chain of those enterprises, and the competition is more and more intense. New technologies, new products have emerged,and product life cycle is gradually shortened. In order to maintain supply chain competitive advantage and increase market share, companies in the supply chain are required to innovate. However, innovation is high-risk, it can be delayed or even fail or achieved against the desired goal due to various risks. Then it brings about an immeasurable loss to the whole supply chain, therefore, measuring and controlling the innovation risk of supply chain have important practical and strategic significance.Selecting the innovation risk of members of supply chain risk as the research object, the paper systematically studied in depth the production factors, measurement issues and control problems, that is, construct a index system to weight the key innovation risk by analyzing factors affecting innovation risk, measure the level of innovation risk, and take effective control measures for key facters. The innovation and major achievements of the paper are in the following:(1) This paper summarizes the existing literatures about the supply chain risks and the risks of innovation, analyzes and concluds the results of the concering research comprehensively,points out the main problems in it,and then the idea and content of this thesis is bring forward.(2) In this thesis, innovation of members of supply chain is defined and given a precise definition, the features of which are analyzed. Then, the paper studys in depth the facters impacting the innovation risk by appllying system theory, the innovation risk is divided into six major categories of factors:environmental factors, market factors, financial factors, technical factors, factors of production。And it analyzes the key factors by investigating statistic, makes further analysis obeying to the principles set in index system, then it builds a comprehensive, systematic and rational indicator system that has a certain degree of commonality for innovation risk factors of supply chain.(3) The paper does a research on measuring the innovation risk of supply chain. According to indicator system of the innovation risk and the actual, the incompatibility between some of the indicators, making Matter-element analysis model; combining with the concept of proximity and risk associated, using expert scoring, the weight coefficient of metrics is determined and Extension Element measurement model is built, measuring the level of risk of innovative projects with empirical.(4) Analyzing the innovation risk factors of members of the supply chain and buiding the key risk indicator system and risk measures is to better control the key risk factors of the innovation, reduce risk, improve reliability, enhance the innovative capacity of member companies. Creating the innovatiion risks of supply chain due to improper choice of suppliers must to be prevented and controlled. Most important is that the members of supply chain should communicate with each other timely, that a long-term cooperation mechanism quintal sharing benefits and risks is reasonable to be established. In this paper, applying mathematical theory of reliability, the dialectical relationship between the innovation costs of supplier and system reliability is analyzed, and this provides the basis for selection for suppliers.(5) The risk factors human can not resist in the environmental factors are well targeted studied. Investigating the center location of Pingmei Group's emergency logistics by using gravity method, the locations are determined. When events human can not resist occur, an emergency relief logistics center can not meet the demand, and then LRP multiobjective programming model under more modes of transportation is established. In the model, relief materials are devided into emergency supplies and general supplies, and the needs of all various mines are quantified. Materials are distributed by helicopters and trucks, and the distribution line is studyed. With an example, the feasibility and the validity of the model and the algorithm are verified, providing a reference for the coal mine disaster.(6) Targeting at bullwhip effect, a simple linear three-level supply chain model is built. The automobile manufacturing industry, for instance, the information flow integration of the manufacturer are researched applying TRIZ/QFD theory, and the integration model of QFD/TRIZ in supply chain management is established. The information-expanding model of QFD and TRIZ integrated supply chain plays a good role on the risk control.Based on analyzing and discussing the risk innovation factors of supply chain, risk measurement, risk control, the paper will promote the innovation risk management of supply chain to enrich and improve. It also provides a good theoretical guidance and practical reference for the cooperation risks among members of the supply chain.
