Research On Smart Agricultural Equipment Patent Strategy Based On Comprehensive Information

World agriculture is developing rapidly to modern agriculture.The continuous development of life science,information science,materials science,environmental science,control science provides a powerful driving force to agricultural science and technology.The report of 17th Congress of Communist Party of China indicated that "to strengthen the fundamental role of agriculture,to get a way of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics." While agricultural equipment is the key role to the development of agricultural,the modernization of agricultural technology, and thus the promotion of rural economic development. With the continuous advancement of agricultural mechanization in China,foreign companies use patents as a tool to seize the market in China More and more seriously. It restricts the development of national industry and affects the process of agricultural modernization in China. As a large agricultural country, it is important to make full use of patent system under the current circumstances and develop patent strategy of smart agricultural equipment technology from a strategic perspective.It is meaningful to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural technology and promote economic development in agriculture.To research on technical development based on analysis of vast amounts of information with advanced analytics and provide policy advice to industrial development is the direction of information science development. It is also an important manifestation of academic value.This paper uses patent bibliometrics,patent ecology,comparative advantage analysis,SWOT analysis and other research methods,carries out researh on retrieving and analyzing of patent literature related to smart agricultural equipment technologies,the identification of the development of smart agricultural equipment technology home and abroad, the analysis of market conditions about smart agriculture equipment internal and external,combining with study and summary of policy in developed countries on agricultural equipment technology development,at last gives out patent strategy on smart agricultural equipment and the appropriate policy recommendations.The innovative work of this paper is mainly reflected in:Firstly, this article raised the model of industrial patent strategy based on comprehensive information.It describes the impact factors of patent strategy from the macro, meso, micro levels.For the case of Smart agricultural equipment,it constructs a trinity information model of patent strategy:patent information, market information, policy information.Secondly, This article uses patent ecology analysis,revealed technological comparative advantage analysis, SWOT analysis to reach a conclusion.It proposes a combined information analysis system on the construction of patant stragy.Thirdly, this article bases on perspective of information science.It carries out research on patent strategy to conduct smart agricultural equipment technology as an example of traditional manufacturing.It provides a new perspective to explore the means of industrial upgrading and restructuring of China.This article is based on comprehensive information model and carries out research of industry patent strategy on example of smart agricultural equipment technology.The results enrich the content of information science,help to break the technology blockade of foreign companies and improve the core competitiveness of agricultural equipment industry of our country.
