Research On The Innovation Of Enterprise Business Model Based On Generalized Value Chain

At present, the enterprise business model has become one of the most important questions in the enterprise's operation. The related research in domestic and foreign countries has become a hot research question. In related research of the different research angle of view,the most influential research is the value chain angle research. We study this question in view of the value chain angle. From the generalized value chain angle, we analyze business model's concept, analysis frame, and pattern innovation and so on. Besides,We study the Dell business case using case analysis method,then apply the study results to Dell model to verify the applicability of our study.First, we summarize the related literature, from the traditional value chain angle, giving a business model's concept, analysis frame, and pattern innovation and so on. And from the value chain angle, we put the comprehensive and system's concept to the business model, then reaching a conclusion that the value chain is the effective tool of business model innovation research. Next, considering the limitation of the chain angle to explaining business model innovation, we take the existing value chain as the foundation, revising and supplying the traditional value chain concept, From this angle of generalized value chain view, we analyze the business model characteristic, propose the business model research analysis frame. Moreover, we analyze the business model innovation mothed, and from the functional module angle and the unite angle, we analyze the business model innovation's way. Third, we apply the business model innovation analysis frame to the Dell business model analysis, carrying on the depth analysis to Dell's business model innovation, and confirm the business model research frame which this research proposed.The enterprise business model innovation is the difficult problem which the enterprise managers face now. From the generalized value chain angle of view, we will provide brand-new and the effective breakthrough point for the enterprise business model innovation. We hope carrying on the instruction to the enterprise business model innovation, enable the enterprise of our country to adapt changing market environment.
