Concentrator as an important part of mine production. Because of its expanding processing plant, large-scale equipment, combined with other characteristics of the process, it becomes an important point in mine accidents. In recent years, the tendency of concentrator development takes on low-energy equipment, equipment specifications of large-scale, production process automation, etc. Because the special nature of the industry, mechanical damage, vehicle damage, dust hazards, and others consideration which is not advantage on safety are existing in various production plants. In addition, various types of concentrator include gravity concentration method; magnetic separation method; planktonic dressing method and so on. Thus, it is significant to find out a representative concentrator safety standardization model.Safety standardization means that the production processes comply with the relevant safety laws and regulations and standards specifications, people, machines, material, ring in a good state of production and continuous improvement, and constantly strengthen enterprise security standardization construction through the establishment of safe production responsibility system, the development of safety management systems and procedures, investigation and management of production and monitoring of major hazard risks, establishing preventive mechanisms and regulating the productive behavior. By standardizing work, it can achieve unified management and technology to get the best production order and economic benefits. Safety standardization in line with the safety regulation and safety management development trend.Concentrator safety standardization reflects the "safety first, prevention, comprehensive management" approach and the "people-oriented" scientific concept of development. And it emphasizes safety, scientific, systematic and legalized in standardized concentrator; strengthens risk management and process control; focuses on performance management and continuous improvement, in line with the basic law of security management, improve the level of safety in mineral processing plant, thus promoting the fundamental improvement in production safety situation. Therefore concentrator safety standardization is very important.The article is aimed on the structure and the content of standardization of production safety, which is based on the collection and analysis of information. And the 11 safety factors are determined by combining with the technical specifications concentrator, management requirements, production characteristics, etc. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, industry requirements, each element in first level is re-classified and the specific provision of how to establish safety standards for concentrator system is determined. It consists of 43 two elements.
