Results are as bellow: 1. Optimization of Extraction Technique of Ning xin-ding Oral Liquid(NOL)According to the physicochemical properties, the raw material medicine were extracted separately, select the main factors affecting the herbal extracts rate, namely the ratio of material to water,soaking time, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times, to do single-factor experiments and Response Surface analysis, to optimize the extraction conditions, The obtained optimum extraction parameters of the principal and minister drugs of Longmu Ningshen Decoction are soaking time 45 min, ratio of material to water 1:15, decoction time 50 min, and temperature 100 ℃, and the extraction rate is 8.15%,The obtained optimum extraction parameters of Ganmai Dazao Decoction are ratio of material to water 1:15.79, decoction time 80 min, temperature 60 ℃ and the forecast extraction rate is 0.1085%,The obtained optimum extraction parameters of Zhizi-Chi Decoction are ratio of material to water 1:14.91, decoction time 79.20 min, temperature 59.76 ℃ and the overall merit is 99.2826%; In the forming process, the alcohol concentration, clarity, additive and terminal sterilization method was investigated, finally made Ningxin oral liquid. 2. The quality standard of Ning xin-ding Oral Liquid(NOL)Quality standard, the microbial content in oral liquid were examined,Using thin layer chromatography qualitative identification of Gardenia and fermented soybean;And the HPLC method for the determination of genistein and the content of Geniposide was method validation. NOL can shorten the immobility time of tail suspension and swimming of mice, decrease of IL-2 level in serum, antagonism of the phenomenon of reserpine decreased the content of 5-HT, resist the phenomenon of the increased autonomic activities of mice by amphetamine, reduced the level of dopamine(DA) and five hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) in the brain.
