Research On Regulatory Administrative Accountability Of China’s Coal Mine Safety Production

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the party and government have attached great importance to production safety, especially the safety of coal production has been elevated to a new height. At this stage, the number of coal mine accidents and casualties, although the number of year has decreased, but the coal mine safety situation is still grim, accident-prone. Cause of coal mine safety accident-prone regulatory responsibility of regulatory authorities may not be implemented, the government regulatory responsibility has become a focus of the community, the administrative accountability of coal mine production safety accidents more and more attention. In the field of coal mine safety supervision, strict administrative accountability not only to curb the occurrence of major coal mine accidents, to achieve a fundamental improvement in the coal industry, production safety situation is of great significance, but also the construction of responsible government, the rule of law in our country the government is bound Claim. Admittedly, the administrative accountability system in the implementation of China’s coal mine safety supervision in the field did achieve some success, but there are still many problems, severely weakened the effect of the implementation of the administrative accountability system, the urgent need to amend and improve.
