The Study On Safety Evaluation In Drilling Well Control System Of Yanchang Oilfield

This paper mainly for the extension of Dingbian oil production plant of oilfield natural gas drilling well control system of some characteristics and some security problems appeared in the process of drilling and completion, the theory of safety evaluation, safety management theory and some related within the industry safety production technology discipline foundation,expert evaluation method and mathematical method of the block of natural gas drilling well control system of safety evaluation and analysis, safety evaluation index system. According to the results of the evaluation, we can take corresponding countermeasures with measures of security.Through the full investigation, the main results are:1. According to the characteristics of the extended environmental characteristics of oilfield Dingbian area, geological characteristics and control system and the hazard identification, separately the five aspects of the geological factors, human factors, management factors, equipment factors, technical factors, considering the well control system safety effect, secondary third layer structure of drilling well control, then set up the safety evaluation index system.2. Determine the evaluation system’s index theory and the evaluation hierarchy. Applying the AHP method to determine the weight of each index of the drilling well control system, W, and the complex calculation process of feature root, feature vector and consistency test is applied to MATLAB software programming..3. the results of the investigation on the safety assessment of 10 experts in the field, and the relative safety of the well controlled state of the DPS-20 well are obtained..4. According to the analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method, the key factors that affect the well controlled safety are analyzed, and the corresponding emergency treatment plan is formulated..5. The drilling control system security measures, strengthen the drilling well control system of safety education and safety management, for reducing and avoiding the occurrence of overflowing and blowout accidents to ensure the safe operation of the drilling operation.
