The research object of this thesis is antibacterial material in Folium Isatidis, the goals of the research are the extraction process and the application in textile anti-bacterial finishing.Folium isatidis is a kind of traditional Chinese herbal medicine, and its application has a long history; and the main characteristics of it is more bitter taste, but is good for the heart, spleen and stomach. Existing researches show that decuctum of Folium isatidis have varying degree of inhibition for microorganisms; the chemical composition of Folium isatidis is very complex, a large number of experiments show that its antibacterial material is flavonoids. This kind of material exist in plants having 15 carbon compounds, its structure contains phenol hydroxyl, which can inhibit tumor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, expectorant, relieve a cough, moreover, some studies found that this compound has many pharmacological effects. This experiment to extract the constituent of the Folium isatidis valid adopted ultrasonic auxiliary alkaline acid sinking method, The main process is:raw material acquisitionâ†'dryingâ†'crushingâ†'weighâ†'ultrasonic assisted extractionâ†'flavonoid extractâ†'acid purificationâ†' precipitationâ†'water washingâ†' dryingâ†'flavonoids crude products. Using bacteriostatic circle test method to test anti microbial, and using PH gradient extraction separate the extracts to prove the anti microbial material is flavonoids. In this paper, the optimal scheme is 0.3% alkali concentration, solid-liquid ratio 1:30, extraction temperature 70℃, ultrasonic time 20 mm.By impregnation method, and use the extracted substances as antibacterial material finish cotton fabric, choose the modified Quinn test to prove the antibacterial performance; the specific technological process is the preparation of antibacterial finishing liquidâ†'finishing cotton fabricsâ†'baking (100℃,100s)â†'dryingâ†' productsâ†'test. In this paper, antibacterial rate (%) is the experimental indexes, and the antibacterial is mainly for tow kinds of common microorganisms such as escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus. By single factor experiment, summarizes antibacterial concentrations%(owf), sodium hydroxide concentration%(owf), temperature (℃), finish time (min) on the influence law of antibacterial rate. And through the optimized design finishing the experiment, the optimal solutions are obtained, the optimized design is A2B1C1D2, of witch A=4%(owf), B=0.3%(owf), C=70℃, D=70min. Under the condition of the process, the above two kinds of microbe bacteriostatic rate were 94.9% and 96.7% respectively.The research results of this paper in the application of washing fewer textile products or the disposable textiles have very good prospects.
