Sintering machine is the main equipment in sintering production of iron and steel enterprises.After the financial crisis,iron and steel industry began to decline in the overall.In the face of tough market situation,Sintering machine running economic efficient and saving energy and reducing consumption of the sintering production become important research direction of the iron and steel enterprises to improve their market competitiveness.To this end, around Shougang sintering machine running status, this paper respectively from the equipment performance technique and sintering process equipment to improve aspects of the research, through the combination of theory and practice, conducted a series of technological transformation to the existing sintering machine.First aimed at restricting the captain of the sintering cycle and stable operation, affect the efficiency of sintering machine, tooth plate fracture failure were studied.By using the finite element analysis technology accurately find the root cause,and take effective measures to solve the problem.Secondly for equipment failure and higher maintenance costs caused by sintering pallet running deviation many years,through the long time of accumulation of data measurement and car force analysis,find the effective improvement measures to solve problems. Finally around the quality improving and consumption reducing for sintering production, develop new technology of sintering machine.Design hot air sintering experiment device and apply for patent.Through the implementation of the hot air sintering experiment,complete feasibility of Shougang sintering machine hot air sintering process modification,and complete the sintering machine rebuild design of hot air sintering for Shougang.
