In this article, the method of space medium rack is applied to design theprofile of rectangle spline cylindrical grinding hobs. On this base, the profile ofthe tooth of grinding wheel is substitute by a part of arc, and we compute the facthelicoids of the hobs that are producted by the grinding wheel. The fixingparameters are optimized by the program to reduce the profile error of hobs. Andthe tooth error is minimized at the third of the angle of the regrinding so as toprolong the eligible length of tooth form. In this article a software isprogrammed to shorten and predigest the design process. We can gained theoptimum result, the rule of regrinding, the graphs of two dimension and thegraphs of three dimension. At last, the methods and conclusion of this article arevalidated by experiments. |
