The best condition is' that time is 2.5 hour,water is 20 times of Lactarius deliciosus, temperature is 85 ℃, the concentration of ethyl alcohol is 75%.On the condition the output is 0.369g.And the same time, through experiment,we find that the polysaccharide of pileus is 0. 273g,the polysaccharide of stipe is 0.435g.Through HPLC ,we find that the polysaccharide is made of some monosaccharide such as glucose, fructose, galactose mannose. And the molecular weight of polysaccharides are less than 60000 11.1%,over 60000,88.9%.Based on "628" regression design and mathematic model, the passage discussed the best fermentative condition of Lactarius deliciosus polysaccharide , established the regression equation model which expressed the relationship among pH, temperature, time, quantity of beef extract, and the inoculation quantity, inorganic salt. Choose the best regression model, analyzed single factor effect and mutual effects. By cubic spline interpolation and search, the optimum combination was discovered. It was as follows: pH6.51, temperature26.6, time13.8d, quantity of beef extract 2 - 2.5%, the inoculation quantity 21.5%,inorganic salt 0.152%. |
