In this paper, analysis methods of residual monomers in copolymer PDA which were self-prepared in laboratory were studied by using UV spectrum and capacity titration. Residue double bonds in PDA were determined by bromating method, and the effect of reaction temperature ,time and pH value were explored. Residue monomer acrylamide in PDA were studied by UV spectrum, and the effect of interfere components, wavelength were explored. Also extracting solution were selected and the optimized extract contract were determined. Used water and alcohol solution as solvent, the standard curve line of absorption, sample solution wave set up. The result showed the detection limited 0.2% by UV to determined residue AM in PDA. By using 9:1 alcohol solution as extract in PDA, 5:5 alcohol solution as solvent, the detection limited 0.05%. By bromating method of determine the different value of total double bond in PDA, the content of residue DM could be obtained, the detection limited 0. 5%. The average recovery rate was 95.61%~102.57%.
