This paper introduces the process of well-engineering parameters measuring device designing and the course of software and hardware debugging. This system can measure the moment of torque, drilling pressure, pressure at the annular space and side pressure. The system makes use of the ripe MCU technology and expands the micro-signal regulator module, Flash/EE large capacity memories, EIA-RS-232C UART module and different kind of voltage regulators around the MCU ADuC812 to finish the design of system, which works at the conditions of high temperature and high pressure.Four modules, which are data acquisition module, data storage module, data processing module and data transmission module, make up the whole system. Expanding large capacity data memorizers with SPI interface which has excellent characteristics in the data storage module.Data acquisition module includes transducers, signal regulator circuits and ADC that integrated in the AD u C812. Its main function is to complete amplifying and anolog to digital converting of signals that come from the transducers.All data is stored into data flash memories those both inside and ouside of AD u C812 in data storage module.To set up a software filter to sieve the pulse disturbs is the main function of data processing module.Data is transported from this instrument to MWD which as the host of the systm in data transport module.How to make this device to adapt the high temperature, high pressure, low power consumption and occupying smallest space working condition is the most difficult tache of the system design. An evaluation of the system and a designing plan about how to improve the capability of this system is proposed at the end of this dissertation.
