In control system of Rotary Screen Printing Machine (RSPM), synchronous control in high performance is one of key techniques. In this paper, a "distributed motor synchronous control system based on SCM (Single Chip Microcomputer) communication internet" is designed and developed, under the background of the item "Rotary Screen Printing Machine with independent transmission". It includes the method design, hardware and software design and the realization of control arithmetic, etc.Firstly, this paper introduces the current conditions and trends of RSPM, study on electronic transmission chain and it's application in RSPM. After introducing study on electronic transfer chain, the requirement for synchronous control to several motors and the measuring method for transmission chain error 'are introduced. Secondly, the principle of RSPM is introduced. On the basis of analyzing the motion characteristic of RSPM, the control system is applied to RSPM.In order to realize synchronous control, distributed motor synchronous control system based on SCM communication internet and fuzzy-PID control arithmetic are adopted. The design of synchronous control system and software are detailed. Hardware design show us that SCM has a strong function and agile handle. When the control software is designed, the modularized program designing method and software interference prevention methods designing are adopted.In order to realize high accuracy synchronous control of RSPM, the paper designs a synchronous controller, which uses the combination control with feedback. The repeat adjustment to adjust the synchronous accuracy is used. While performance level is put forward, this level is tested, which reach to the goal of design. On the condition of continuous running at a high speed (60m/min), the printing accuracy is 0.2mm.
