| The intermixture of drilled well, which is mainly composed of waste drilling-mud, drilling drainage, cuttings and fracturing flow-back fluid, is the blending contaminants yielded during the exploit and exploration procedure of petroleum and natural gas. Both cuttings and deposed drilling fluid which maintain substantive organic matter and heavy metal ion are a sort of toxic solid waste generated during the process of drilling. There is about six million ton waste been discharged per year in our country. These waste have polluted environment badly because of discharged directly.According to actual conditions in JiupuEbei of North China branch(Sinopec), these study analyse the relative merits of curingprocess of waste mud comprehensively , work out the sampling and detection method of curing effect refering to national standard, put forward the curing-after-gelout technical of contaminants in drill site. We choose cationoid electrolyte as gel breaker, solidification of cement as curing system, sand as proppant to meet the intensity qualification. The technical pretreat the intermixture so as to reduce water-solubility of contaminants before curing and the risk of bringing forth new pollute to environment. We do a lot of experiments based on theoretical criteria of breaker, curing agent and proppant to develop the treating chemical fitting to intermixture gelout. Also, we carry out gelout experiment of drilling intermixture which came from fifty-eight wellsite of North China branch. After centrifuging the gelout and non-gelout intermixture, we compare the water-solubility of departed solids respectively and find that contaminants can be constraint within solidified product, polluter is unable to turn itself from liquid state to solid state, if we curing the intermixture which have been geloutted. This method is feasible to deposal of intermixture at present. We get the best dosage of gel breaker, proppant and curing agent and develop the composite gel breaker through analyzing the influential factor of curing process.We adjust quantity of medicament and curative in terms of intermixture gross when doing site operation. Combining the research result of the in-house experiment with spot actual conditions, we resolve the innocuous curing dispensation of experimental well. After curing process, environmental protection administration of Eerduosi city detect the curing effect and get the result that one of the pollution parameter of solids soak(ph value) is a little overproof, so it is necessary to modify the construction scheme. |
