| Based on a practical project, this paper is concerned with the electrical control systemdesign of a new metal coating production lines.The metal coating production line mainly processes the metal surface coating technics.In order to improve the wearable and uncorrodible ability, this production line introduces anew type of metallic coating solution sprayed on the metal surface and infiltrate to surfaceof metal through different temperature of the high-temperature sintering. Comparing withtraditional electroplating and painting technis, metal surface coating technics can reachhigh demands with little pollution.By analyzing technical flow of production line and control demands, this papercompletes reasoning and design of the electrical control system general scheme; completesdetailed design and primary component choosing of small work piece coating,large workpiece coating and the transmission network control system of sintering furnace. Based onanalyzing output and input of production line, the control strategy of the liquid extractgroove temperature and sintering furnace chamber temperature is studied and designed; thecontrol of the precedent VVVF control is concerned and the PLC ladder design ofproduction line is completed. Furthermore, this essay discussed production line networkcontrol via PROFIBUS; designed the integrated management and monitor system softwareof metal coating production lines, completed the debugging of the whole system.The metal coating production line which studied in this paper has been put intopractical operation. Running of the control system shows: performance of the system isstable; the touch screen is friendly, the operation is easy. The control systems of the newmetal coating production lines can satisfy operate safely and effectively. |
