As China's power industry development, high parameters, high-capacity thermal power generating units came into service, pollution problems caused by the increase of coal combusting become more and more critical. China gradually valued the control and monitoring of pollutant discharge of the heat-engine plant, the Environmental Protection Agency has repeatedly requested fixed Thermal Power Plant flue gas continuous measuring device must be installed on every Thermal Power Plant, and provides a smoke pollution Emissions standards. Thus the Environmental Protection Agency and all levels of Power Company are also crying out for a software system which can be able to monitor the emission of smoke pollution and the status of Thermal Power Plant flue gas continuous measuring device automatically. In this article, we point out a solution to solve all the problems, include the program's requirements, design rationale, and we described some of the main functions of the system.Thermal power plant flue gas Remote on-line monitoring management system is used to increased supervision of the sources of pollution, control of pollutant emissions and further improve environmental management in China Power Investment Corporation to strengthen their power plants flue gas emissions monitoring management of R & D sources of data collection and operation of desulfurization equipment, real-time monitoring, comprehensive utilization of spatial information and removal sulfur analysis of business information environment of information systems.This system is based on SCADA and GIS as the core of the platform, collected the data of parameters of emission of smoke pollution and flue gas desulfurization equipment of the operating. Our Data Center room built the system with GE's iHistorian industrial database as raw data storage media, and Microsoft SQL Server database as geographic information systems analysis and air between the data storage medium. The architecture of the software was building with Microsoft .NET Framework platform. It integrates SCADA and GIS system. Users can access the system at anytime and anywhere.This system consists of power companies and environmental protection departments at all levels of user-related functions, provide the functions of plant distribution, statistical indicators of pollutant emissions, real-time emissions, equipment operation and other various points analysis and inquiry. It can be effective for the China Power Investment Corporation on the total amount of flue gas emissions to control subordinates to run thermal power plant desulfurization efficiency evaluation and analysis, to improve the electrical plant desulfurization equipment operating status of the supervision and management level, strengthen the thermal power plant flue gas emissions to provide strong supervision and help.This article will focus on the system requirements, development specifications, system design, system testing, integration applications in detail.
