Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, impact roller impacts rolling old asphalt pavement andrapidly repairs and reconstructs the old road has been more and more widelyused.Because of its good practicality, causing wide spread concern in highwaymaintenance department.After this impacting, not only the old asphalt fragments form a bulk ofinterlocking grassroots structure which form the basal layer of high-intensityroad, but also eliminate the old roadbed of the disease in addition to effectivelyplay the residual load carrying capacity of the old board. Ultimately providinga uniform and stable support matrix for subsequent pavement overlay,thismethod is more effective than traditional methods in old roadreconstruction.In a few short years, this new technology has been widely usedin our country more than20provinces since its appearance.The technology has many shortages in many ways. The most important isthe impact compactor itself the damping issues remain to be resolved. Shouldbe raised,huge shock wave of the impacting produce dynamic effects and evendamaging effects of the along facilities and the impact roller itself. How to useof its advantages and avoid the adverse impacts when we use this technologyin Intensive areas of housing, rather than simply avoiding are still should bestudied to solve.This paper put forward the theoretical derivation of the hydraulic-jointspring damping device to improve the original metal spring damper, this newdevice can solve the problem of the harmful impact of the strong impact rolleron the tractor. Mapping the physical machine, using Pro/E software forthree-dimensional modeling of the impact roller, establishing a flexible modelof asphalt pavement in ANSYS. Put the impact compactor three-dimensionalmodel and asphalt flexible body model into ADAMS software virtual and getthe parameters of kinematic and dynamic analysis.This paper systematically describes the theory of this hydraulic-jointspring damping device and compares of the two damping device, gets the meaningful conclusion that the joint damping device can be effectiveattenuation amplitude of62.5%. Getting some reference to improve thedamping of impact roller.
