Regulatory Detailed Planning Control Of The Street Interface To Boot

This study originated from the loss of regulatory plan in the control of urban spatial morphology. Being the direct management of urban construction, regulatory plan mainly control on two aspects of the environment:the land use and urban space, which is the key of achieving the quality of the environment. However, most of the target system of current regulatory plan focus on the land use control and consider more on the factors of economic and environmental constraints which is directly related to capacity. It causes the neglect of control and guidance in the urban space environment,which leads to the city's public space in appearance of chaos. The problem is reflected in the street space on the street interface is the lack of integrity and continuity and the necessary association of visual and spatial association.This thesis viewed on the regulatory planning of the targets system, using the street interface as the entry point, the street side of the urban public space, to establish the control and guidance techniques and improve the control of regulatory control of the contents of the space form at the same time.This paper introduces the basic concept of street and street interface and summers up the interaction between the street space and street interface and also the problems on the urban interface in the streets on this level. In addition, it points out that the one reasons of the problem is imperfect of the target system of regulatory plan and the loss of control of urban spatial morphology. Above all of these, except pointing out that the general characteristics and root causes in the control method of the present regulatory plan in the streets interface, the paper also analyzes the problems and deficiencies of the target system related to the street interface in current control system of regulatory plan. To solve these problems,this paper discusses the detail and specific control method of the street interface, such as the control of spatial scale of the interface D/H, interface building height, the continuity of interface, which also suggests the improvement method of the applications in regulatory plan.
