The technique to adopt rolling-concrete for dam has been applied for just twenty years, and developed quickly for its powerful superiority and has been adopted all over the world. The scale and height of rolling-concrete are spread increasingly, such as the technique studied recently that the 300 meters high gravity dam and the 200 meters high arch dam, which requires more experience in the damming technique, construction crafts and mechanization. The damming technique is relatively perfect now, but because of the problems in construction management are more and more severe, such as construction scheme and matching machine, which manifest the high construction expenses. So there is great significance in reality to minimize the expenses by studying the relationship among the scheme, machine matching and the cost optimization in construction.In this paper , applying the theory and method of system engineering and administer accountant, combining the HuaTan project, the optimization among the construction scheme matching machine and expenses were studied thoroughly. Through the simulation and optimization in construction process, mixing and transport subsystems of HuaTan dam , and analyzing the influence factors of damming capability ,establishing the correspond systems analysis software of DLP model. The result shows that the schedule time for HuaTan project was lessened 24 days, the investment was decreased RMB4,990,000, achieved the expectant purpose. |
