Submarine Using Soft Kill Against The Torpedo Simulation System Design

As an important means to defend against the torpedo, the softkill equipment has already received more and more attention in various countries. How to evaluate its performance has become focus of attention recently. Hence, the study, application and exploitation of simulation system of the submarine using softkill to defend against torpedo is an important task for the development and production of navy equipments at present.The author of this thesis synthesizes the existing theories of using softkill to defend against the torpedo. On the basis of explaining, analyzing and demonstrating those theories, the flow chart of emulation is drawn, and the software has been realized.The study of this dissertation has inaugurated a new research field for the weapon system of the submarine, and has combined together of the theory on defending against the torpedo, the traditional mathematics simulation and the visualization simulation presently, which makes the simulation results visible and easy to be understand.The achievements of the thesis can be summarized in the following aspects:1. The equation of interfering has been discussed and simplified, the principle of the softkill equipments and acoustics characteristic have been explained in detail.2. The mathematics model of the homing system of torpedo has been set up, and the technology of torpedo anti-defence has been summarized, the flow chart of homing system simulation of torpedo has been drawn.3. The tactics' requirements of using softkill equipments are summarized, and its simulation model has been set up.4. According to the simulation models, the software has been programmed and simulation is carried out. The results are analyzed and summarized, which lead to the conclusion of this thesis.5. A simulation model for submarine using softkill equipments to defend against torpedo is put forward in this thesis.The simulation system of this thesis has been accepted by some institute, which fully meets the requirements of the contact.
