The domestic auto-comprehensive function test presently is conducted only manually or semi-automatically and therefore the automatic test has become a common concern of enterprises and research institutes relevant to the auto-test equipment development.The comprehensive auto-function test, compared with auto-safety property test, involves many items and separated testing posts and it is not satisfactory or meets needs to adopt the traditional safety testing modes. Modern electronic technology, computers as well as its joint-net communication intelligent system has been studied and become the trend for comprehensive test.The paper studies the application of the latest Windows 2000 net communication technology, weak-signals adjusting technology, the graded distribution controlling technology, the photo electric separating technology, the anti-interference technology and block designing theory to the practical comprehensive test.The paper gives a detailed study to the general system structure, working principles and the actual soft and hardware designing methods. It sets forth a set of methods suitable for the data collection, analyses, treatments and test-process control. The anti-interference technology and the distance diagnosis and maintenance basing on Internet technology is also discussed here.Through the study of the paper, a new controlling mode for the national auto-comprehensive function test is offered and so a complete automatic computer network test on the auto safety, economy, dynamics, reliability, motor conditions and exhaust emission, etc. can be exactly realized. All this will play a very important role in promoting the professional testing technology.
