Design And Development Port Science And Technology Management Information System Based On Custom Workflow

Nowadays,more and more high-tech enterprises attach importance to research and development activities.However,most of its management processes rely on manual operations,which are cumbersome and waste a lot of human resources and time.This paper proposes and implements a technology management system based on custom workflow,which collects,stores and analyses the process data in enterprise science and technology activities,improves the management efficiency of enterprise science and technology activities.The main function modules of the system are divided into basic information module,project management module,funds management module,results management module and intellectual property management module.According to the actual situation of enterprise management,workflow is defined and applied to the process audit of scientific research projects,project funds,intellectual property rights and scientific research achievements.The basic information module records the basic information which is needed for the management of scientific and technological projects,and provide data support for scientific research activities management;the project management module records the whole process of scientific research projects from project application to project acceptance;the scientific research funds management module records the direct funds of scientific research projects and automatically calculate the indirect funds of projects;the intellectual property module manages to record the completion of property rights and the project acceptance.Intellectual property rights;the results management module manage the results of the completion of the person and the results of the work,and the person in charge of the scientific research management department reviews and promotes awards.Workflow technology is integrated into the technology management information system to decompose work activities into tasks,roles,rules and processes for execution and monitoring.Users define the workflow through the UI graphical components on the web page side,which can quickly and easily configure the audit process in technology activities.When the established process rules change,the workflow configuration can be modified without modifying the underlying system structure and database,so as to make enterprise management more scientific and standardized,and the system flexibility is maximized.The system is based on B/S architecture and developed in C# language.The foreground framework uses ExtJs MVC(Model View Controller)three-tier mode,the database uses Orale 11 g.The system is applied in a port group company.The whole process records the dynamic information of the enterprise's scientific and technological management process,so that managers at all levels can understand the progress of the project in real time,grasp the research direction,improve work efficiency and management accuracy.
