To facilitate the integration of EMS applications developed independently by different vendors, between entire EMS systems developed independently, or between an EMS system and other systems concerned with different aspects of power system operations. EPRI CCAPI project came to reduce the cost and time needed to add new applications to an EMS, and to protect the investment in existing applications that are working effectively in an EMS.The CIM is an abstract model that represents all the major objects in an electric utility enterprise typically contained in an EMS information model. By providing a standard way of representing power system resources as object classes and attributes, along with their relationships, the CIM facilitates the integration of EMS applications developed independently by different vendors. CIS specifies the interfaces that a component (or application) should implement to be able to access publicly available data in a standard way.In this paper, first, the CIM file is input and output the CC-2000 database. Second, the database combined with CIM is built. Third, the four common data access functions are built.
