In recent years, manufacturing system is going through deeply reformation in modern manufacturing industry. The organizational structure of production is more and more decentralized, autonomous and cooperative .The manufacturing technology is more and more flexible, intelligent and agile. The networked manufacturing will be the inevitable trend of the future manufacturing.Based on the analysis of the networked manufacturing environment, the prototype system of networked manufacturing is given in this thesis, which establishes the strong foundation for the further research. A type of cell controller's Control Architecture is put forward to meet the need of manufacturing cell in the environment of networked manufacturing and the key technologies are studied as followings: the cell agent inside architecture is designed, and the communication protocol are constituted according to the traditional architecture; task plan and scheme process are designed based on the cell controller architecture; the method of correspondent between cell controller and machines is presented considering the condition of machines. According to the architecture of the cell controller and technologies researched in the thesis, we have designed the control software based on COM+ and three tier architecture. Finally, the steps of designing the data tier, the transaction tier and the representation tier are particular described.
