In this paper, the Finite Element Method (FEM) is used in the analysis of the extended range bomb and rocket. In the analysis Ansys6.1 is used. The model of the single bomb and rocket, the coupling-model of bomb and rocket and the pipe of cannon are established. The two models include nonlinear-in-material, geometry and state. All kinds of force are loaded and the distributing of stress and strain is solved. And the result is compared with the result of experiment to analyze the reliability of result. Based on the results, the baffle is optimized to reduce the mass of accessories and increase the mass of grain.Moreover, the structural dynamics analysis model of the whole bomb and rocket and the model without grain are established, and the vibration modes are evaluation.This paper provides a new method to assure the intensity of launch. The result provides the gist of the extended range bomb and rocket in the design of optimizing. |
