Hydraulic simulation Technology plays an important role in the design, analysis, and optimization of Hydraulic systems. It has been widely recognized in the relevant engineering field. Accordingly a lot of excellent dynamic simulation software of hydraulic system has emerged. Especially the State Key Lab of Fluid Power Transmission & Control of ZHE JIANG University have develop software SIMUL/ZD based on research the software DSH fetched in from Germany in 19980' s. Supported by lots of mathematical models of hydraulic components, SIMUL/ZD can simulate dynamic characteristics of the target hydraulic system. However, an obstacle has been met in the way of the popularization an application of this software. A remarkable reason is that this software is not fit for ordinary technical people and its user interface is not very friendly. From the view of the application of system simulation, using graphic modeling technology to reduce the time of modeling and improve the communication between person and computer has become one of the Hotpoint of simulation technique. The fast development of computer technology has made it possible to realize graphic modeling in hydraulic simulation software.This thesis is based on the work of researching and developing the hydraulic simulation software ZJUSIM on the platform of Windows 2000, aiming at a software package that can be used to draw hydraulic systems graph rapidly and accurately and can generate mathematical models automatically and simulate the system.The research work of this thesis involves following aspects: Establishing an open database based on feature of hydraulic system components; establishing graphical user interactive interface, making user can draw system graph by it and set parameters; realizing graphicABSTRACTmodeling based hydraulic system graph; supporting an friendly graphic user interface for setting parameters.The aim of ZJUSIM is automatically building system model describing file from system graph. The software is developed based the theory of finite volume. The component of hydraulic system is displayed by general format such as BMP WMF and GIF etc. the information of components is described by feature of it. Combined with the technology of Object Orient and Windows' GUI and developed with VC++, we competed the software utilizing the frame of view~document dividing by MFC.
