With more and more use of advanced models of avionics integrated technology, the airborne data bus avionics system "neural network" has increasingly been applied in the design of numerous type. When the function of each subsystem consists of a type of aircraft avionics system became more and more complicated, mutual cross-linking and data communication more and more, acquisition, monitoring the avionics bus information becomes more and more important.In the overhaul of a certain type of aircraft assembly after the debugging process, there are many difficulties in some system level fault finding and eliminating. Especially when a subsystem of avionics system fault, the fault of original data information by hiding corresponding bus, so it is difficult to determine the fault is caused by the system itself or due to the fault system and 1553 B bus does not achieve the correct information exchange caused by the removal of, often take a long time. In order to be able to quickly and effectively identify and remove the system level fault, restore the original fault data information is hidden by the data bus, need to operate the personnel data collection and analysis of real-time on airborne 1553 B data bus, but the collected data is sixteen hexadecimal data bus protocol based on these data, and cannot directly reflect the system the physical meaning of data transmission(such as height, speed, acceleration and other information), must be based on the corresponding to each subsystem of the ICD file, carries on the corresponding analysis of these data, analysis results can be understood by the operating personnel.For the whole aircraft avionics system, the number of ICD files is huge(as a product of the ICD file has more than 100 pages of A4 paper), so much is not easy to use and preservation. In the use process, some ICD files will be modified according to the need of the plane, thus there are versions of the management and control problems of complex. Independent and separate ICD files is unable to meet the production requirement.Based on these requirements, elements based on ICD file contains are summarized, corresponding ICD file database design, and based on this database, puts forward a kind of 1553 B bus data acquisition and analysis system design method.This system depends on the portable computer platform, by hanging 1553 B bus communication card way on the bus real-time data acquisition and storage. On this basis, relying on the ICD document database, parsing algorithm development corresponding to the bus real-time data analysis and display. The man-machine interface of this system is good, can satisfy the field work environment repair personnel to the avionics system test, repair requirements, related to the expansion, the system can also be applied to other similar bus test requirements.
