Wenzhou City Power Grid Planning Studies

This paper researches in urban power network planning. It includes the load forecasting of urban power network, the site of the power stations, the transmission and distribution network planning.The load forecasting mainly introduces the Gray Method and the Regression Method for the load forecasting. The author also gives examples for the two methods.As to transmission and distribution network planning, the paper introduces the application of Genetic Algorithm on the planning. This paper also analysis kinds of ways of connection for the transmission and distribution, and present the optimized planning for the high density load area.This paper also does some researches on using 20kV for the medium voltage of the distribution network.
