The intelligent electrode controlled by single chip microcomputer which has the functions of sampling, storing and communicating. At the same time intelligent electrode has 8 electrodes; By linking RS-485 communication cable and network host, network host has lots of functions such as power source, the control of power source, system working way option and data communication, stocking and so on. Network host, power source, network cable, intelligent electrode and electrodes form the project electrical prospecting CT system with more than 1000 channels. The parallel network electrical prospecting collection system of synchronous collection, monoelectrode supplying power and dipole supplying power has been realized; synchronous and continuous voltage sampling has been carried out within natural field, primary electrical field and secondary electrical field. Sampling once completes all equipments measure. The electrical prospecting array exploration effect of simulating seismic waves prospecting has been reached. The observation system for network electrical prospecting, data processing, data explaining and editing are also studied. From the beginning of inversion technology of two dimensional electrical prospecting, the technical course of observation system for network electrical prospecting has been suggest in order to offer advanced means for three-dimensional electrical prospecting.
