Power Plant Electricity Meter Reading System Based On Asp.net Framework Of Research And Design

This paper introduces a Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system of the energy own used in power plant that software based on ASP.NET and VC++ ,and hardware based on Local Management Cell, Communication structure and energy collected card .Discuss present status of system of the energy own used in power plant, essentiality and necessity of monitoring .Aimed at characteristic of system of the energy own used in power plant and local status ,we configure the hardware and design the software .For hardware using local management cell , energy collected card , pre-computer and Raid database, meet the need of collection velocity ,high frequency transmission ,big data capacity and safety of data .The performance of Energy collected card is better than traditional Mox card , double net segment ,every equipment has RS-485 communication interface .using fibre-optic communication meets the need of more far and bigger capacity .In the process of designing software completely embodies the characteristic and superiority of ASP.NET. Because ASP.NET as a program frame has nothing with program language ,we can choose a program language that developers are familiar with .In this paper, author employ c# to design the software .Taking ADO.NET to access database assures the security of database operation ,and after catching part of data set translate to offline status to enhance the executing efficiency .Also using the especially consumer management mechanism to distribute different power for different consumers .Using DataGrid control to present data bind gridding of form style .Simultaneously we use VC++ to realize collecting of the energy own used in power plant .Applying the COM port accessing mechanism to operate database.To this setting can not only work as Automatic Meter Reading system but also monitor short circuit , open circuit , voltage abnormity and current abnormity of plant load a ,and can do many electric power accounts based at data collection operated with other software.To the mater that the most data in the process of the power plant runninghave realized auto-collection expect the energy own used in power plant, we design a set of AMR system based the B/S Hiberarchy . Expatiate the theory and realization of the system with actual power plant AMR system .The project can expediently realize WEB, even more assure the security of data, increase managements running efficiency and level ,drive modern construction of power station positively .In conclusion the system adopts advanced -, full-blown hardware and software ,it can well realize collection of the energy own used in power plant ,also can do electric energy analysis with other software. The system has highly applying value of improving production benefit and management automation level .Also in some project, the system is proved that is has high reliability-. fine flexibility^ easy operation and good data security. It can greatly advance work efficiency.
