| With the economic swift development and obvious quickening of the urbanization process, the urban congregated dwelling house of our country has already entered a gold period. Because of lacking the theories leading and some inquisitions researches in operation compare, type design did not adapt nicely to the residence of new request, new variety in the living. This thesis takes the function adaptability of a type of residence as the research object and puts forward the function adaptability should more space structure and form with same consideration should have various abilities that use the function and expand its use of orientation, then many design standpoint of the adaptability.The thesis amounts to four chapters. Chapter ONE defines the research background, limits the scope that congregated dwelling house involved and the concept of function adaptability and points out the situation that we should launch the principle to the research of an adaptability, which keep on the developing view and humanism; Chapter TWO, beginning from the restriction factor of function adaptability, analyses the four main factors such as inhabitant demands, family s structure factor, family's life style factor and other factors etc, to aim at clearing the relations between these factors and function adaptability ;Chapter THREE combines the state of the nation inquiries in to carry out the residence function adaptability of design method, emphasizes to analyze function reasonable request, the diverse in flat and space, small house , SOHO, the house for old people etc, and studies the function adaptability design such as combinable flats, the dimension of the adaptable housing, adaptable kitchen and dining space, the variety of housing; Chapter FOUR , through the survey of function adaptability in Zhengzhou , analyses the existing problems and present condition. On this foundation, the chapter carbines the actual engineering to study function adaptability in the congregated dwelling house. |
