Along with the rapid increasing of our country container transportation quantity, the building of good-sized container's berth also increasing rapidly. In order to improve the ability and efficiency of loading of the ports, attracting the stop of ships, make sure the standing of ports, the quayside equipment of ports—the Quayside of Container Crane (QCC) is becoming more and more important, the type of QCC is gradually becoming important topic of the managers of container terminal.Form the analyse developing current of present word and our country container transportation quantity, the good-sized trend of container ships, present developing actuality and function orientation of our country good-sized ports, the thesis tell us that the type of QCC should be reasonable, optimum and has the certain foresightedness.Through the essential technical parameter of QCC—Fixed lifting capacity , Overhangs the distance, Lifts the altitude , four big organizations running rates and adds and subtractsthe fast time the computation to rest on and to choose carries on thebrief summary. From aspect economical, loading and unloading efficiency, foresightedness, comfortableness and so on, carries on the appraisal analysis to various parameters choice; Dissertate four big major components, the electrically controlled system, Hoisting mechanisms disposition request, carries on the appraisal analysis from the credibility of angle .And from microeconomic angle analysis the main factor which influence QCC production cost.In this foundation, carries on the quality synthetic evaluation of QCC which according to economical, credibility, foresightedness, the loading and unloading efficiency and the comfortable 5 aspects, establishes the quality synthetic evaluation system of QCC. Utilizes many administrative levels fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation methods, carries on the computation to this system, obtains various aspects weight in the appraisal system, finally take the first issue of project of Songyu Wharf as the example, applies the QCC quality synthetic evaluation system which establishes to carry on computation inXiamen Port, In the end, we can get out the best project of QCC.In order to enable the model to can be used for reference by other container terminals of our country, has realized sensitivity analysis of five first floor appraisal aspects through the Matlab programming, consequently, expanded the applicable scope of model, hopes according to the thesis to be able to provide the auxiliary decision-making for the type of QCC of our country's container terminal.
