| At present, more and more design engineers know that design phase is the crucial one that control project cost, but there are a great deal of problems on the method of control project cost in the period of design which is not resolved, but the pros and cons of structural forms are directly relative to the safety , serviceability , economization and beauty. Overseas' experience and practice have proved that VE (Value Engineering) is one effective and practical method to optimize design and make it safer, more reasonable and economical, get more economic and social efficacy. Therefore, the author can analyze economic of structural system with VE principle and method .In this paper, we first analyze the stressing feature, resistance to vibration, scope of application, economic performance and developing prospect of main structural form. Then, we systematically research concept, content and method of Value Engineering. And we analyze application meaning of value engineering, discuss application method and questions which would be faced with in architectural design and structural form select about our country building industry. On the base of above study, and with the structural system feature, we put forward economic of structural system analyzing method and model, which is base on value engineering theory. At the same time, we analyze influencing economic factor set of structural system, put the function applicability , stressing rationality , environmental effect , aesthetics effect, constructability and building cost, maintenance expense in the function factor set and cost factor set. At last, we proof this method and model with my application case. |
