Torpedo Thermal Propulsion System, Semi-physical Simulation System Study

Power propulsion system is a key component of torpedo, the character of power propulsion system has a direct impact on torpedo's performance.The thermaldynamic propulsion system has the following characteristics: high power storage, high outpot power, high speed and long-distance of attack, so it's application is wide and the study on it is emphasized.In this thesis,a hardware in loop system for study thermaldynamic propulsion system is desiged after thorough study of the thermaldynamic propulsion system.The hardware in loop system consists of substantiality sub-system and test&simulation subsystem.,substantiality sub-system has the functions of fuel supply , lubricating&cooling , electric drag, the test&simulation subsystem'tasks are real-time collection of multi-channel data, processing data, preserving data, compute the mathematical model and output the control commands.The software for test&simulation subsystem is desiged by use of Lab VIEW on the platform of Windows NT.The reliability and veracity of the hardware in loop system for thermaldynamic propulsion system was validated by the test under static state and dynamic state,the system is also easy to manipulate and can be applied to research and teching.
