| The paper researches and designs the natural gas compressor operating mode monitoring system, according to the actual situation of compressor application in the natural gas collection and transport process. This system is mainly composed of the sensor; the signal recuperates circuit, the ADμC812 single-chip microcomputer, the Personal Computer, and the communication connection. The sensor and the signal recuperate circuit measure and transform the signal; the data acquisition system, which is based on the ADμC812 single-chip microcomputer, acquires the field data; the system uses the RS-232 communication standard to realize the communication between the field data and the PC data. During the design procedure, the system is divided into four major modules according to the functional structure, namely data acquisition module, the communication module, the data processing and the database administration module. The data acquisition module and the communication module use the assembly language compilation; the function of the data processing and the database administration module is realized on PC, using VB and Microsoft the Access database to compile monitor software, and realizing data processing, displaying etc.The hardware and software of this system has been debugged. The system has the following functions: monitoring multichannel parameter change of temperature, pressure, rotational speed of the natural gas compressor; displaying real-time parameter curve tendency chart, recording the date report and alarm report; revising the alarm limit. In a word, the monitor software can perform simple configuration function.The compressor is key equipment, which plays an important role in the mid and late period of the process of oil& gas collection and development, the compressor working of high quality is essential in the oil & gas production and transport. So, real-time monitoring the operating mode of compressor has practical significance to the project. Besides applied in the natural gas compressor operating mode monitoring, the system could be applied to monitor the parameter of other mechanical devices, and substitutes the field indicating instrument. Further it may provide the useful data and information for the equipment failure diagnosis, with the purpose of making scientific servicing plan. It has the value of development and application. |
