Hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors were used extensively in machine and hydraulic industry, and their performance straightly influences working performance and working precision of hydraulic system and whole machine, thus verifying them was extremely important. However at present, either the manufacturers or users were relatively out of time at the inspection method and the verifying technique of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors, there were some shortcomings in their experiment test-beds, such as low precision, small applying field and too mach energy waste and so on.To solve problems which were presented the first paragraph, the related experiment test-beds and experiment equipments at home and broad were thoroughly studied in this article, plans were compared and theories were demonstrated, then a new power feedback electric-hydraulic proportion pump-motor experiment test-bed was designed. This experiment test-bed adopts power feedback theory, compared with the same kind product, it had some merits, such as small installation power, extensive applying field, high applying precision, achieving closing and opening interchange, and pump-motor's left revolve and right revolve control and so on. At the same time, power of experiment test-bed had been studied and calculated, power matching between hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor in all kinds of working situation was achieved, the aim of saving energy comes true; the negative influence of power pulsation in the system had been analyzed and solved, using power key chart and Lagrange state equation, the concrete mathematics model of hydraulic system was obtained, by Simulink of Matlab software, computer dynamic simulink was achived successfully. The hardware of experiment test-bed had been analyzed, the electric control system principle chart was designed, the corresponding procedure control flow chart was compiled; based on LabVIEW software, the dummy instrument testing test-bed was developed, at last by being compared with local actual experiment studying data, the difference between theory and fact was analyzed and revised, the corresponding guidelines and technique requests were brought forward, the aim of designing was achieved, it had certain industry applying merit.
