The paper is a part of an advanced project.The content of the paper is Combining with the existing experimental platform and supplementary design a performance test system for high power hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor,which is based on energy recycling technology.The system can test displacement?efficiency?self-priming performance and low speed performance of high power hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor under the condition of energy conservation.The experiment process can be finished on the human-computer interaction system by automatic or manual way.The experimental results and conclusions is given in the experiment report.First of all,this paper briefly discusses the development of hydraulic test system,then illustrate and analyzes the composition and limitations of existing test platform in detail,and on this basis I completed the hydraulic experiment system design of the performance test system for high power hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor,which is based on energy recycling technology and the experiment task requirements.Then this paper complete the design of the power distribution system and hardware and software of S7-300 series PLC,which is matching with the hydraulic system.In the computer system,Using the structure of upper machine and lower machine,the communication methods is Ethernet communication and PROFIBUS-DP network.This paper use STEP7 to complete the design of the experimental software.Finally,the paper verify the feasibility of hardware and software design of computer system through the simulation and experiment.
