Battery industry develops quickly in recent years in our country, battery of new kind,high capability flows out continuously, but the battery industry of our country is still still in traditional pattern, The producing efficiency and technique level is lower than the developed countries, so begin with the research of the automatical battery equipments have important realistic meaning sense.The paper use two kinds of modern design methods--TRIZ theories and modularize theries to put forward a new exploiture design mold to the lithium (Li/MnO2)battery.With this kind of design mode, the research of lithium battery shearing the melding technique system obtain a satisfied result, and get an expected target.During the period of design, make use of a third-flow principle(the energy flow, the material flow and the information flow), the structure of the production turns into the independent molds, and integrate the variety and the standardizing of the accessory, then make use of the modularize design theories to build up the total function chart and the shearing and melding function chart.This topic combines with the actual need, make use of virtual design method based PC to design the virtual shape and software of the shearing and melding machine. Then, with the result of the virtual design, fabricate the physical mold machine, the mold machine meets the production request of the battery cooperation, then debugg successfully.
