The experimentation rocket project mentioned is a Sub-orbital platform for domestic and international space scientific experimentation. This platform has many attractive features such as high performance, low cost, short time for launch preparation and full-scale participation of customers.Telemetry Tracking & Control System (TT&C) is a key sub-project of the whole project. It contains three sub-systems called telemetry, remote control and orbit measurement. The major functions of it are transmission of telemetry data, trajectory measurement, impacting point prediction of experimental stage, etc. Design of the system presents an effort for providing high-quality experimental environments and full-scale participation of customers. Such effort contains supplying real-time video and experiment data, transmitting user signal by remote control customer's system in the experimentation rocket.Above all, demonstrate TT&C System blue print, contrast USB TT&C System and PCM/FM TT&C System with project principle,system compose,system complexity,maturity,adaptability to working environment, etc, we decide to choice PCM/FM TT&C System.,cause it accommodates the woeking environment such as high speed flight and revolving of the experimentation rocket.Follow we discuss the project design of TT&C On-rocket Sub-System and TT&C Ground Sub-System. Include system compose,target design,admeasure, etc, and the equipment design principle,technic target and data analysis software. Finally, we expatiate the ground validate examination and the data analysis.
