With the rapid development of economy and policy of full implementation of the project the country,increasing electricity demand,Electric instrument is also a rapid increase in the quantity; Environment demands from residential tenants and property management level are increasing. The traditional way no longer meets the needs of modern property management.Because it has many defects such as excessive administrative costs and troubles.In order to improve the management level of customers,power companies are eager to realize atomization and standardization,through modern means of monitoring the process of using electricity to the user. With electronic technology,communication technology and the development of computer technology,wireless recording technology is put forward in order to adapt to the rapid development and new demands of management system.New wireless recording system is designed based on LPC2138 and GPRS technology in this article,this system is mainly composed of Philips ARM7 microcontroller LPC2138,RF transceiver chip nRF903,GPRS Module MC55 and GPRS networks,realizing Wireless acquisition and monitoring for electricity consumption and effectively preventing a situation such as arrears and the occurrence of Electric Larceny.The system can efficiently achieve LPC2138 data processing;simplify the circuit,becoming a low cost,high reliability,quick response,quick transfer rates,and real-time wireless recording system.LPC2138 is based on a real-time simulation and embedded support for tracking the 32-bit ARM7 TDMI-STM CPU of the microcontroller,512kB embedded with high-speed Flash memory.128-bit memory interface width and the unique structure of speeding up made a 32-bit code run at the maximum clock rate.Smaller package and low power consumption make sure that the LPC2138 can be ideally used for small systems,wide range of serial communication interface and 32kB of SRAM chip provide enormous buffer space and processing power.Two 32-bit timers,two 10-bit 8-channel ADC,one 10-bit DAC,PWM channels and 47 GPIO and up to nine edge or level triggered external interrupt to enable the system to simplify the circuit, improve data ability to deal with.The system is composed of electric instrument,the collector,concentrator and control centers,using two means of communication,both through wireless RF module nRF903 and GPRS communication module MC55.Collector communications with concentrator through the local area wireless network communications which is made up of the wireless transceiver module,concentrators and control centers realize data transmission,through the GPRS network.the system not only realize the power of information collection and real-time monitoring,users can also achieve pre-paid Internet banking,monitoring of electricity per month deducted from the cost,if less than the balance on the system through the meter to send the user want to control signal,such as for power operation.In addition,the monitoring center can be released through the Web LAN,users can power through the website information.During the design of hardware circuits of the collector and concentrator,in order to enhance system versatility circuit,this system uses a modular design,Concentrator is composed of the power,RF transceiver module,keyboard,E~2pROM,LCD displays and GPRS module.In software design,following the same modular design idea,we consider the implementation of a module;the procedure has taken into account the overall coordination.The software design of the system sub-collector,concentrated and the three levels of monitoring centers,which run on collector and concentrator on the procedures used between the C language,system-generated through ARM compiler executable program,running on the LPC2138 Medium.Control Center software is developed by Visual Basic 6.0,data storage using SQL Server database.At the same time,use of structured software design,allowing the system to facilitate the refinement and maintenance.The system enables power companies and property management department fundamental manual on-site meter reading to reduce the labor intensity,the traditional manual recording overcomes the low efficiency model and uncertainties,and promotes the modemization of the power management of the development process.The system for improving power sector management and economic efficiency is no doubt very important.Accurate and convenient wireless recording system will help save electricity and reduce the manual with the department of disputes between customers;management will not only improve the efficiency of the department,but also meet the needs of modern customers to pay for new electricity demand.
