| Globoidal indexing cam mechanism is a high speed indexing driving device.It is widely used in intermittent indexing mechanism or multi-step automatic walking-beam conveyer.The design and manufacture of globoidal indexing cam can't be further developed because of its complex profiles.According to the theory of conjugate surfaces, the paper applies thomogeneous transformation techniques to present the equations of various types of parameters of the cam profiles and pressure angle,analyze the meshing characteristic.In different condition,the different kinematical parameter is required.The paper offers the gebraeuchlich characteristics of motion of globoidal indexing cam and the eigenvalues.The paper used UG/OPEN secondary development and Visual C++6.0 to establish the parameters design system of globoidal indexing cam.It creates user menu by UG/Open MenuScript and UG dialog box by UG/Open UIStyler,which is easy to operate.Under the mixed procedure of UG/Open GRIP and UG/Open API,We can get the three-dimensional model by inputting different parameter data in the dialog box.In assembly Module,the assembly model of globoidal indexing cam is built.Then the paper carries on interference check.Under the circumstance of UG/Mechanism module, in order to check whether the mechanisms mesh properly or not,the movement of the mechanism was simulated by creating analysis of kinematics.Finally,the paper carries on the finite element analysis of the mechanism under the UG/Scenario for FEA,providing references for the optimization design and machining and production engineering of mechanism. |
