Railway radio train dispatch communication system is the essential means of traffic control in railway transportation. For years, in order to insure the reliability of traffic control, the railway communication staff work on improving the rate that station radios cover field intensity between the railway sections. That is to reinforce and improve to the weak fields under bad conditions, such as mountains and tunnels, to develop the call completion ratio and communicating quality between stations and engines (fixed and moving trains).With the increasing needs for coal resource by our country, the coal in Inner Mongolia becomes the largest source for the output of national coal resource. To increase the speed of transporting the coal out to the greatest extent, the Ministry of Railways demands the Railway Department in Huhhot to advance the efficiency by digging and to develop the transportation volume in the available rail lines. And it also demands that the freight train loading should be gradually increased from the previous three thousand tons per carriage to ten thousand tons carriages (The train can be as long as over one point six kilometers.) Due to the lack of drawing power by single engine, several engines need working together, so that every two engines are arranged both in the head and the end of the train. That requires the four engines must be controlled in synchrony in the process of moving, so they should be operated in synchrony, picked up speed in synchrony, reduced speed in synchrony, braked in synchrony. Consequently, voice communication systems which can ensure the reliable synchronization between the head and end engines need to be fixed in the engines, so as to assure the correct communication of instructions by engineers. All above is what this thesis studies on.However, how to ensure the reliable communication between the head and end engines in the process of moving, i.e. how to work out the solutions that can strengthen the weak fields and blind areas between the head as well as the end engines both of which are moving, based on the experience that railway radio train dispatch communication system has solved the weak fields. That's what the thesis focuses on. In this thesis, it is discussed about the operating possibility in all kinds of spots, comparison of the skills carried out and the reliability the system uses, and so on. According to the standard of Ministry of Railways, the engines' radios and the equipments for reinforcing the fields need deeply researching and improving of the functions. And then, it should be tested again and again on the spot until the solutions can be possibly operated, so they can be realized and accomplished through projects. Finally, the expected effect is reached availably after the project has been tested and checked, so that it can provide safe transportation of ten thousand tons trains with communication security.
