Along with the development of "the construction of New Socialistic Country", modern country water conservancy has new concepts which includes the transition from traditional water-conservancy to modern water-conservancy and sustainable development water-conservancy, striving for harmony between human being and water, the sustainable development of economy and society based on the water resources' sustainable using.Based on the analysis of the present situation in domestic and abroad, this article makes an appraisal of the country water conservancy in Shandong province. After studied on the connotation, distinction, the evaluating methods and index system of modern state, modern agriculture and modern water conservancy, this article put forward the meaning and basic character of modern country water-conservancy, built the index system for evaluating the level of modernization.In a word, based on the research and the present investigation of modern country water-conservancy level of in Shandong province, this article compares the marketing methods with the developed countries and promotes the development targets.
