Extraction Of Coptis Chinensis Franch Alkaloids And Hypoglycemic Activity Research

In this paper,fibrous roots of Coptis chinensis Franch as raw materials,studied the extraction and isolation process of Coptis chinensis Franch alkaloids and studied Hypoglycemic model optimization,as well as the hypoglycemic activity of Coptis chinensis Franch alkaloids.The results are showed as follows:1.Studied the extraction and isolation process of Coptis chinensis Franch alkaloids. The best extraction and isolation conditions were as follows:0.2%concentration of the Sulfate extracted,the amount of solvent will just completely submerged Coptis chinensis Franch.Use Calcium hydroxide to regulate the solution be extracted to about pH 5.0.And then use D101 resin column to absorb alkaloids,until alkaloids be completely absorbed.Then use 75%concentration of the methanol elution 5 views.2.Hypoglycemic models established and explored.Then knew the best conditions for the establishment ofhypoglycemic model:18 to 22 g Kunming mice,12 to 16 hours of fasting,tail vein injection of Alloxan 90 mg/kg.According to the physical condition and the size of the mice,adjust the appropriate dose of Alloxan.3.Studied the hypoglycemic activity of Coptis chinensis Franch alkaloids series drugs and then knew:high-dose Coptis chinensis Franch total alkaloid has significant hypoglycemic effect,the original powder of Coptis chinensis Franch also has a certain degree of hypoglycemic effect.
