Of modern Chinese grammar and (TCSL)teaching Chinese as second language as a theory guide, and in the past Chinese Grammar of"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"distinction on the basis of the study. This paper has done a classified summary on the"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"be covered in Central Asian Country Students′Chinese textbooks, and of the structure in accordance with the negative constraints, is divided into unconditional negation of the negation of the structure and conditional structure of two categories, a total of 10 class. According to the structure of the 10 categories of categories, we made test questionnaires, to test the beginning, middle and advanced level Central Asia students in the use of"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"situation.The results showed that the level of primary students in Central Asia, on the one hand ,because of"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"master inadequate, the majority of subjects must with the help of Russian, the Chinese in the"(bu)不"and ("mei)没"is equivalent to Russian "не" and the "нет", on the other hand, teaching choreography and teachers due to the impact of teaching in the use of"(bu)不"and"(mei)没", the more times exposed to words and language familiarity block interference.The middle and advanced level students in Central Asia because of"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"a certain degree of learning and acquisition, a number of customary usage and structure, clearly marked the use of negative words, compared to primary level students appear in Central Asia of errors to be much less. However, textbooks of"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"tell the difference between usage of neglect, for some conditional"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"denial of the use of the structure there is still considerable bias. For the zone"a"negation of the structure of the use of early, middle and senior level students exist in Central Asia have a high bias. For the Central Asian students to use"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"existence of errors and their influencing factors, respectively, the beginning, middle and senior students in Central Asia"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"in the teaching of teaching put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The paper in previous studies, based on the Xinjiang Normal University,will appear in the Central Asian students in Chinese language teaching materials"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"to a negative structure, categorize, respectively, of the early, middle and advanced stage Central Asian Students"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"in the use of bias, influencing factors and teaching all aspects of the initial response made some of their own shallow arguments. The Central Asian students want to negate the adverb"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"education is certainly helpful. Expect students in"(bu)不"and"(mei)没"education in theory and practice to be more profound exploration.
