2013has already been called the hardest season to get a job, but the situation of thefollowing2014is much harder than that of2013. How to make college graduates get jobssuccessfully has once again become a social hot topic. How to improve the situation of thecollege graduates get jobs difficulty has become the focus of many scholars’study.This study is based on the status of college graduates’ difficult employment. Firstly, wereviewed the relevant theories of proactive personality and employability. Secondly, weinvestigated the level of proactive personality and the cognition of employability. And then,we analyzed the relationship between them. After the study, we can take the conclusions asfollows:There exists significant difference in the level of proactive personality between thecollege graduates who came from different regions and whose parents have different levels ofeducation.There exists significant difference in the level of cognition of employability between thecollege graduates who came from different regions and whose parents have different levels ofeducation.There is a significant positive relationship between the proactive personality andcognition of employability in the college graduates. Proactive personality can predict thecognition of employability.
