Research On The Model Of Urban Home Care Of The Elderly Under The Background Of Population Aging

With the development of society, population aging has been an inevitable trend. Should say that, this is an important sign of people's living standard improving, but it also influences sustainable development of human society. At present, the supporting problem caused by population aging directly not only has brought about great attention throughout the world,but also has been a great realistic problem which needs to be properly solved in the 21st century human society. Although the aging of the population in countries all over the world has both universality and generality, it will still reflect different characteristics varying with countries. China's population aging has been characterized by the great scale of old people, the fast aging growth rate, the significant trend of old aging, as well as provinces aging differences.By analyzing the present status, characteristic and developing trend of China's population aging, this paper makes an introduction to the current situation that the aging level of population in some urban areas has exceeded the corresponding national average value, and then highlights the supporting problem caused by the aging of urban population,which has been receiving much concern. Furthermore, based on some empirical investigation in FuZhou, this paper analyzed the willingness of home care of urban aged people. Meanwhile,It combined theoretically with the impact analysis of urban old support under the background of China's population aging, comparative analysis and experience reference of overseas and domestic supporting patterns, and interpretation of the economic, social and cultural conditions in urban reality. Thereby, this paper is to discuss effectively the necessity and feasibility of establishing the model of urban home care of the elderly. It is an incontrovertible fact that the current model of urban home care of the elderly is still on the initial phase and some problems need to be solved inevitably, which are mainly concerned with the policy orientation, the social supports, the elderly own old-age insurance concept, the perfect degree of community service for the elderly and so on. Hence, the paper strives to explore the feasible countermeasures through pratice for promoting the healthy development of the model of urban home care of the elderly, and the strengh of government, society, individuals and communities can be centralized as much as possible, so that the model of urban home care of the elderly would be a new supporting pattern of socialization, which could be feasible not only to meet growing subjective support demands of the elderly, but also to embody dual advantages of family provision for the elderly and social provision for the elderly.
